Diet tips: arthropod extrusions


Did you know …


That spider silk is, like, super good for you? It’s true! The caveat, however, is that it’s only good for you when it’s still inside the spider. Eating extruded spider silk is pretty much just like eating string—we’ve all tried it, sure, but the effects are more or less negligible.

But if you’re willing to eat a significant quality of live spiders, my little Renfield, you can look forward to a particularly glossy coat and strong, healthy fingernails and toenails.
