How do elephants work?

Did you know …

That it takes at least three people to run a single elephant? It’s true!

While a baby elephant will only fit a single operator (and it shows in the lil’ pachyderm’s clumsiness), an adult elephant requires at least three people inside to run the complex controls of its body parts; one for the head and trunk, one for the legs, and one for eating, digesting and pooping. A fully grown bull male African elephant can actually take up to seven operators! Those tusks don’t work themselves, after all!
