What's a mule?


Did you know …

That the animal we call a “mule” is actually a hybrid species? It’s true! Mules are the offspring of a donkey and a human being. This is why mules are famous for being so stubborn (they recognize humans as something they almost were, and resent us for it) and why they are typically unable to reproduce (mule DNA is so mixed up that, under an electron microscope, it looks like a chicken drumstick that’s gone through a blender).
